Building Academic Achievement Plan (BAAP)

Our Building Academic Achievement Plan is transitioning into a School Improvement Plan (S.I.P.). We have a S.I.P. team comprised of Amy Perine (primary teacher), Bridgit Reichel (intermediate teacher), Ann Cook (librarian and technology person), Stephanie Filkens (parent representative), Sally Gallagher (literacy coach), and Jim Rudsit (principal). This team will facilitate staff analysis of student achievement data, development of instructional action plans, and collaboration across all grade levels.

Our goals for the 2007-08 school year will focus on Reading, Math, Writing and Science. Academic performance at every grade level will be examined in order to fully prepare students for successful learning outcomes. A consistent, high quality of instruction is our focus, and frequent monitoring of student progress will guide our instructional decisions.
